On the rare occasion a client may need a third session due to having a skin type that is more resistant to the implantation of pigment or from incorrect aftercare taken and will be charged accordingly.
  • For pricing details please refer to our price list.
  • Clients booking for their third touch up (Annual one year touch up) should wait a full calendar year before doing so. This is to protect the integrity of your skin to allow future follow up procedures.
  • If you deliberately violate any of our terms and conditions, including our aftercare suggestions, we will be excluded from liability and we have the right to cancel any paid treatment in the future.

Cancellation Policy and No Show Fee

We at BrowGinering continued viability relies on reservations being honoured by our clients, and adequate notice being given of any changes or cancellations. Accordingly, the following applies:

  1. 1We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any booking that is cancelled and No-Show without prior notice.
  2. For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation or change of appointment at least 7 days prior to your booking.
  3. BrowGinering reserves the right to charge a cancellation and a no-show fee of 50% of the booked procedure/procedures for any appointments changed or cancelled within this 7-day notice period. This penalty is separate to your booking fee.
  4. The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred by BrowGinering’s lost revenue because of turning away other potential bookings and clients on the waiting list.
  5. We will notify you if any cancellation fee is applied.
  6. Any bookings which fail to turn up without any prior notice or arriving too late for the session, will also incur a 50% fee of the booked procedure.
  7. Cancellation on the same day of your appointment leaves BrowGinering no time to book another client and will be charged with the amount equal to your procedure.
  • Please note the payment of our service covers the cost for initial treatment only and therefore does not automatically mean a touch up has been booked. Follow-up treatments are distributed on a case by case basis and down to the discretion of the technician who concluded the initial first treatment.
  • Failure to attend the booked appointment will result in penalty for future booking. This applies to clients who arrive too late for the appointment; those who did not show up for the appointment and those who did not give sufficient notice for rescheduling or cancellation.
  • Permanent make up is not suitable for everyone. We cannot guarantee a successful result on 100% of our clients. Permanent makeup is completely skin type dependant where lifestyle, medications and supplements used, plays a massive role. Problematic skin always serves as a contra indication as does any health issues, poor immunity and overall health will also affect the procedure.
  • If you have a very oily, red, vascular skin chances are that microblading specifically won’t be a suitable procedure, whereby a different technique can be used. It is not always advisable to work on such a skin type. Therefore, BrowGinering reserves the right to decline such a person not suitable however we will try our very best to find a solution.
  • Sensitive skin with spider naevi and visible capillaries on skin can be difficult to work on as this skin type normally bleeds more than any other type.

PLEASE NOTE that corrections to pre-existing permanent make up is a slow process as often several removal sessions will need to be done first. The correction process requires several procedures and can take up to a year to achieve the optimal results.

VERY IMPORTANT: Previous permanent makeup done by another technician must be consulted first. It is very important for you to let us know if you have had a procedure done before as it is, in most cases, not possible to correct another technician’s work without removing existing pigment first.

  • Let us know of any of the above-mentioned contra indications prior to your appointment
  • Wash your hair and take a shower the day of the procedure as you cannot have direct water to the area for several days following the procedure.
  • Let us know if you are on ANY medications including antibiotics and reaccutane. If you are feeling ill or sick we will reschedule your appointment as a compromised immunity will affect the procedure.
  • Arrive at least 15-20 minutes PRIOR to your appointment for anesthetic and forms to be filled out for the procedure. Failure to do so will forfeit your appointment

  • Avoid alcohol for the week leading up to the procedure as well as pain medication as this may cause blood thinning.
  • Do not have the procedure within 10 days of an event – however you may do the procedure the day before as the second day is minimal swelling.
  • Do not have ANY tinting or waxing done at least 6-8 weeks prior to the procedure as we need to see the natural hair colour of the eyebrow.
